So not much has been goin on in my simple life. Although I'm living life in the fast lane, aka track my current life is pretty repetitive at the moment. Wake up - Eat - Train - Eat - Chill - Eat - Sleep. Then repeat it all over again the next day. Now this is occasionally broken up by things such as... uhhhh.. reckless chilling with friends? I dunno but yea this will soon change once spring 09 semester starts back up. I move back into my dorm tomorrow after that NAVY meet. More running with the big dogs, and this time, IT's ON TV!!.. Thats right I didnt studder Ill be running on TV righteous right?! Welll maybe not Im not really sure if its on TV or not but Im still gonna run my ass off in quest for a faster time.

MMHHMMM Boy them ribs were Immaculate. I just got back from Applebees and ive got that serious itis. I ordered the meal of a champion, BABY BACK RIBS. I must say, I had to take the L about 1/3 of the way through the rack. I began to nod out and soon became unresponsive to the taste of the ribs sitting infront of me.. Thats right folks! I was catchin the itis. I tried pacing my self but I had already threw off my rythm with the salad I started with... I MURDERED THAT SHIT... it was indeed Immaculate. I ran through that plate of green leafy goodness like a lawnmower through a field of overgrown grass. The track meet definately took alot out of me. Now I'm back at the crib gettin ready to allow the itis to completely take over my body and slowly disable my movments as it sends me into a deep lifefilled comma. Today was the highly anticipated Maryland Invite. It was pretty immaculate over all. Team did pretty well and I guess I can say I had my best finish so far as a college runner. I ran the 60m dash [first time ever] and the 200m dash. I went 7.21 in the 60m not bad for a first time lightfoot I guess. Then I came back with a 22.66 in the 200m, a new PR for me. Im looking to go 22.2 or better though, my ultimate goal for the end of the season is 21.6 so lets get it! Well thats all for now ill update later tonight. MY LEGS HURT!
So today it was about 20 degrees outside and I had the pleasure to have an early weight room session with my main man Barry. It was supposed to be light explosive day. The way I look at it is flat out punishment. O well.
That was 8AM, moving on to breakfast. If you live around the college park area or you go to school here you probably know about Bagel Place. Now if you want my opinion that place is fkin Immaculate... BITCH. So this morning I went with a couple of my team mates who will remain anonymous because I said so. Well I copped the Jumbo pizza bagel. Must I tell you how good it was?
Soon after I told my team mate the parking meter on his car was going to run out soon we bounced. Headed to the team house where we kicked it for a bit and got loose off some gatorade, not quite goose. This led to things which led to nothing then we headed to practice at the "BUBBLE." Now this was my first time going to the bubble but I had already heard some pretty shakey things about it. Well it wasnt that bad, got in a good practice and now im chillin writing this blog.
TAKEN! The new movie Taken that is set to release Jan 30th or something I cant remeber, well I watched it the other night, well I watched it several times over the summer as well. The movie had previously released in Europe soooo, you do the math. Yea well the movie Taken, starring: Liam Nelson as Bryan Mills. I wont tell you the plot but you should definately go and check out the movie once it releases. What more can I say but this movie was Immaculate to the fullest extent. Action packed, with just enough gunfire and whoopass to keep the action junky glued to the set. Taken gets a easy FIVE stars from me. Im no expert tho so take a gander for yourself. Maryland Invitational is tomorrow. Yes thats right folks my track team's annual Inivite is tomorrow and I will be running the 60m dash and 200m dash. Hey everyone this is my first post on this specific blog, TSWIB... That Shit was Immaculate... BITCH. So main purpose of this piece of fine art is to broadcast to the world the feelings and day to day thoughts of Flizoid or me for short. I collect Nike SB sneakers, or used to not some much anymore but I pop in on the scene once in a while when it cools down. So I was looking around at some of the releases and I came across one of Nikes latest Fuck Ups. Who in the world would come up with a prune purple / piss yellow colorway. Last time I checked they werent selling SBs in the senior home, no offense to any senior citizens reading this immaculate marvel. Take a gander. Now im not expert but that shit is disgusting. It truly looks like hell on a sneaker. I dont think I would be caught dead with a pair on my feat. But to all you sapps out there who would pay 90 bones for a pair of sneakers so hideous you do you and continue your hypebeast ways and Ill continue to do me.

On another note, just to get some preliminary stuff out of the way about other crispy immaculate goodness I might be posting on here, lets start with the basics. Im really a kid named, you don't really need to know cyber stalkers, but I'm a track fiend and I run for University of Maryland. So you might see some random pictures of me running or some results of how my college track career is going. Since I run for UMD, wouldn't that make me a student at... your mothers house? correct! But yea keep an I out for some Immaculate stuff coming to you live from your mothers bedroom.
There's nothing like giving back to the community, once you become a star athlete lol. Well that's just what me and my teammates did the other day. We took a visit to my Coaches kids school and took the time out of our busy training regiments to read to them some of our favorite books, aka whatever the teacher handed to us. Well me and my hommies got to read a Spanglish version of the book The Three Little Pigs. With names like Miguel and Jose, who would've thought reading could be so FUN! It was actually a great load of immaculate fun.
